Selux Celebrates
a Quarter Century in US
When SELUX U.S. initiated a joint American venture with Staff Lighting
in 1983, it had five employees and shared office space. Today, it em-
ploys 120 and occupies a new 50,000 sq.ft state-of- the-art manufacturing
faci- lity, which it completed in 2006. Even more impress- ive are the
company’s sales growth, which has topped 20 percent for more than
ten years, and its a résumé of noteworthy architectural
projects, including the new Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston,
New York City’s Seven World Trade, and the Getty Museum in LA.
